Mountain (SAN) opened its doors in 1974, specializing in Korean comfort foods, such as our immensely popular abalone porridge and chicken soup. 

That makes us the oldest Korean restaurant in the country.

If you are an Asian older than 30, you know us from that late night dining experience on 8th or 6th St. after a drunken night out. 

We combined our two popular restaurants, SAN and Mountain Noodles, into one very convenient location in Koreatown with the best parking in the area, and now proudly serve all of our health-consciously prepared original dishes along with the very finest Korean BBQ dining experience in the country.
